These terms govern your use of ConsoleSuite at consolesuite.com. By using ConsoleSuite you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

• ConsoleSuite is provided for lawful business purposes only
• You must be 18 or older to use ConsoleSuite
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not use ConsoleSuite to scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the platform

Google API compliance

• ConsoleSuite's use of Google APIs complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy
• ConsoleSuite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
• We request only the minimum OAuth scopes necessary to provide the service

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• The Freelancer plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds on paid plans
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Data and privacy

• Your use of ConsoleSuite is also governed by our Privacy Policy
• You retain ownership of all data in your Google accounts
• ConsoleSuite does not claim ownership of your GSC, GA4, or ad platform data

Limitation of liability

• ConsoleSuite is provided "as is" without warranty
• We are not liable for data accuracy issues originating from Google's APIs
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months

Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email
• Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance
